Meet 10-year-old Yahya. Since his father went to prison, his family now tells him he is the man of the house. Yahya is unsure what this means. What he knows is that it entails being brave like his father, and not being seen as weak. However, he is just 10 and still gets scared sometimes, has to face a bully in his neighborhood, and even still cries when he’s alone at night. Learning day-by-day all about being a growing boy is easy, but who will teach Yahya what it is to be a man?
